Hi, I'm Leo!

I am a curious, passionate maker. I help for-purpose organisations maximise the impact they generate for their customers, communities and the environment.

What I do.

I use market-leading research, analysis, synthesis, co-creation and communication skills to identify and understand customer segments, to create winning propositions, products and services, to craft well-thought go-to-market strategies, and to make businesses more centred and efficient.

I tend to approach problems in three stages.

Explore.
I collaborate with client teams to understand their business the same way they do and, in the process, I allow clients to experience how I work.

Frame.
I recreate their brief and ideate opportunities, together, based on insights from the previous phase, ensuring that our time and effort are spent on the right problems and solutions.

Execute.
I create common goals and partner with their team to execute our recommendations with a remuneration structure aligned to agreed outcomes.
